The writer switched a bit from canon, making the Senshi sixteen instead of fifteen.
And Mamuro is a bit younger, around eighteen, all to make it fit the story better.
6. oh take me back to the start
In this fanfic, there is a serious threat to Serenity’s life
To save her, Serenity is smuggled to earth where she becomes the bodyguard for Prince Endymion.
This job isn’t at all what she thought it would be, but she starts to enjoy it more and more.
And when she gets to know the Prince even better, her life takes a very different turn.
This story is only 1 chapter long and has 16072 words.
But this actually may make the story more enjoyable since a lot is happening in a short period.
7. Surviving Aincrad
This fanfic is a crossover between Sailor Moon and Sword Art Online, and it takes place in an alternate universe.
Asuna and Beta Tester Kirito are trapped in the Death Game Sword Art Online.
They have no idea how it happened, but now they must stick together.

In this fanfic, the Senshi have defeated Queen Beryl, and they are all returning to their normal lives.
But somehow, they all lose the memory of the events and don’t even know about their own abilities anymore.
And then a strange and mysterious force moves through Tokoyo, killing people everywhere.
That’s when Luna remembers her powers and what she and her friends can do.
But she does not want to burden them now they finally have their lives back, so she goes against this enemy on her own with great consequences that she might not be able to overcome.
This is part one in the “Isolation” series, which contains two parts in total.
10. Sleeping with the Girls: Fictional Reality
This fanfic is a combination of many big anime fandoms and a Self Insert story.
The main character wakes up one day, but he isn’t in his own bed.
Instead he is next to his favorite anime character.
At first, he is so happy about this because he has always wanted to meet her in person.
But this changes very soon when this strong female notices him and is extremely angry.
He only barely manages to escape from her unscathed.
And now he has to think of a way to get out of there.
This is a very unique self-insert story not only because it’s self-insert but also because the anime girls can be anyone the reader wants them to be.
At some points, this makes the story difficult to read, but it is still a very fun and original fanfic.
