It is 21 chapters long so far, but the writer has promised to keep updating.
3. A Pirate’s Crush
This story follows Jean Bart and her crush on the commander.
She tries everything to get his attention but at the same time, she doesn’t want him to know about her feelings.
Jean Bart is mostly being treated by the Commander and Dunkerque like she is the help; cleaning, cooking, and all the other domestic things.
But then the commander wants her to become his secretary and she jumps at the chance to spend more time together.
The story isn’t yet finished and has 26 chapters already.
So be sure to keep a lookout for some new content.
4. An Unsung Legend
This story takes place in the Azur Lane world, but with an original character.
Some of the events are taken from the game, but with other main characters and slight changes in outcome.
After being attacked by the Sirens, the main hero of the story is left without any memories.
He doesn’t even know his own name anymore but is trying to get back his memories.
This makes for an interesting read, as a lot of the chapters only mention this character as “him” or “hero.”
There are 22 chapters so far and the story is still growing on a regular basis.
5. Knowledge is Power
This story is a crossover between Azur Lane and Warhammer 40k.

We follow sergeant Abrassos and his 4 brothers while they investigate a mysterious incident on a mostly deserted planet.
There they come across a strange artifact that transports them to another world.
Now they have to find out where they are and what exactly happened in order to return to their own world.
This fanfic is an interesting combination of Azur Lane and Warhammer 40k characters and worldbuilding making it one of the best crossovers in this fandom so far.

This story is a bit of a love story between the Commander and Prinz Eugen.
Prinz Eugen is now the Commander’s secretary and this changes her entire life.

It is a fun and sweet story to read.
And it is the first part of the “Another Azur Universe” series.
7. The Third Bismarck
In this reality, there are 2 Bismarck class ships, the Bismarck and Tirpitz.
But then, for some unknown reason, Germany is able to build a third ship of the same class.
In this story, we learn what the effect of this third ship is on her sister ships but also on the new ship as well, being so far away from her sisters.
It is a very different story, as we learn about the feelings and habits of ships.
This story is part 15 of the “Simulation Eighty” series and also part 3 of the “Rift verse” series.
8. I Am Nagato
Here we follow the story of Nagato, Flagship of the Fourth Combined Fleet.
Then her title is stripped and all the protocols cease to exist.
Nagato isn’t sure what to do next, especially with the danger of a new war.
This is yet another story from the perspective of one of the ships, making it a humanoid.
The story is 37 chapters long and still growing.

9. Masks of Command
In this fanfic, the Siren War is in full progress.
To stop this war before it can do even more damage to humanity, four commanders are chosen to lead their fleets.
These four are sent out on a mission to find out how to unlock the secrets of the Mental Cubes.
But this isn’t an easy task and they need to be able to rely on their crew, but also on each other.
And with a whole new and different kind of crew, this is a challenge for each and every one of them.

10. Life at the Port: An Azur Lane Story
This story starts out as a typical Azur Lane battle story but soon turns into a sort of love story.
The Commander goes out for a drink one night and ends up hanging out at home with Repulse.
She interests the Commander and he finds out they have a lot in common.
One thing leads to another and soon they are on a path that is hard to come back from.
But this is not all, the Commander somehow finds himself in the same position with a different girl.
Only the stakes are now much higher.
